At TALENTFYSEEK, we are looking for a Technology Services Director (IT Manager) to lead and optimize technological processes in a high-impact company. We seek a professional with experience in technology leadership, infrastructure management, and digital solution development.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. A master's degree is a plus.
Languages: Advanced English (mandatory).
Experience: At least 5 years in technology leadership roles.
Key technical skills:
Expertise in Apple technologies.
Software development skills in JavaScript, Swift, and/or Python.
Data center management with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Docker, and Containers.
Operating systems: Linux, Unix, and Windows Server.
Experience in SAP implementation.
Database management and BI: SQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, HanaDB, Power BI.
Strong project management and leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead the development and integration of technology applications within the company.
Optimize the use of technologies such as Apple, Google, and other key platforms to enhance processes and services.
Supervise outsourced technology services to ensure efficiency and quality.
Manage the Technology Services team to ensure the effective, reliable, and ethical use of IT resources.
Oversee IT infrastructure management, ensuring optimal utilization based on company needs.
Report monthly to senior management on technology performance and advancements.
