Seeking strong CPAs with Financial Due Diligence experience in Latin America out of Big 4 and Non-Big 4 Firms to work on U.S. Deals. Great opportunity to earn exceptional compensation, while working on larger, more complex transactions.

As a Transaction Advisory Services Manager you will be responsible for executing financial/accounting due diligence projects while supervising junior members of the team. You will be responsible for significant portions of report deliverables and will communicate findings to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform analyses of financial and operational results of targets by reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management
  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers
  • Prepare/evaluate pro forma financial information
  • Detect issues for purchase price reductions, deal structuring or deal termination
  • Pinpoint post-acquisition action steps to achieve anticipated earnings and cash flow improvements
  • Evaluate effects of seasonality on cash flow requirements
  • Conduct industry and company research
  • Communicate and meet expectations of service
  • Oversee staff and provide constructive feedback and training

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting and/or related major
  • CPA Certification (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years post articles of financial due diligence working experience
  • Experienced in running multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional project management skills
