We are looking for a
Bilingual Copywriter
to join our
Creative team in Bogota
the ideal candidate is a creative team player, talented wordsmith, and grammar sleuth. You will be responsible for developing marketing and communications content that will separate us from the crowd.

This is an On-site position at our Bogotá Office
.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Advertising
• 4+ years' copywriting experience. Ideal in a Marketing/ advertising agency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Skills

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills (English & Spanish).
• A strong portfolio with some travel/hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to write in a variety of voices and styles to appeal to diverse audiences.
• Meet tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple simultaneous copywriting assignments.
• Great work ethic, curious, and energetic.
• Displays exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable with and receptive to feedback.
• Accountable and self-motivated.
• Proficient in digital, social and print.
• 2+
  years of
  advertising agency experience
  preferred.
• Generative AI experience.
• Mac OS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write creative copy (in English and Spanish) for websites, digital advertising efforts, brand campaigns, and more.
• Accurately Interpret client information, such as onboarding notes andbrand guidelines, to ensure creative is aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team, production team, and Creative Directors on assigned accounts.
• Converse with clients in a way that demonstrates full understanding of the hotel industry; and the client's target audience.
• Proof-read and ensure accuracy of your work, from submission through final copy QA.
• Present copy effectively, whether for internal or client-facing project reviews, to communicate inspiration and reasoning for creative decisions.
• Available to work in the Bogotá office and travel to the United States as needed.
