We are looking for a
Manual QA Analyst
to join our team
(hybrid model, 2–3 days per week at the office)
. This role reports to a Senior Software Test Engineer/Senior QA Analyst and will play a key part in ensuring our products run smoothly, meet client needs, and adhere to quality standards. You will design and execute test plans, identify bugs, collaborate with developers and product managers, and monitor all stages of the software development process to ensure top-quality deliveries.

What you'll do

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback.
  • Create and execute detailed test plans, cases, and automation scripts.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs while ensuring effective resolution.
  • Perform regression testing and investigate root causes of defects.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and project teams.
  • Track QA metrics such as defect density and open defect counts.
  • Stay updated on new testing tools, methods, and strategies.
  • Follow Agile governance and internal quality standards.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (desirable).
  • 3–5 years of experience in
    manual QA for websites, banners, ads, and landing pages
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    HTML
    , with ability to detect rendering issues across browsers and devices.
  • Advanced English proficiency
    (B2+)
    – daily work conducted in English.
  • Familiarity with
    digital campaign workflows
    and content validation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences and collaborate effectively.
