ABOUT US

Mussel App is a growing digital company focused on helping farmers and agricultural producers manage their operations more efficiently through simple, reliable digital tools. Our platform supports farmers by centralizing production data, updates, and records, making day-to-day management easier and more transparent.

We are a global team of 12 people, with 5 team members based in our Bogotá office. We collaborate closely with international clients and partners, providing operational support and data-driven solutions that improve decision-making in the field.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a 
Data Entry / Operations Support
, you will play a key role in keeping our platform accurate, organized, and up to date. You'll support farmers who use Mussel App, acting as a digital assistant to ensure their data is properly recorded and maintained.

You will help keep projects on track, content accurate, and communication flowing smoothly across the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Upload, edit, and format records within Mussel App
  • Enter and update farmer-provided data, including production updates, operational notes, and activity logs
  • Support farmers by organizing and validating the information they submit through the platform
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across projects
  • Assist internal team members with administrative and operational tasks
  • Coordinate updates and requests with team members using internal tools
  • Help maintain clear documentation and structured data for client and internal use
  • Communication with the farmers via WhatsApp

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or content management
  • Communicative English (written and spoken) to collaborate with an international team and clients
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proactive communicator who enjoys supporting teams and end users
  • Nice to have:
     Familiarity with Slack, Jira, or other project management tools
