Descripción del empleo
Como analista en cobros, será un miembro clave del equipo de Bill to Cash (B2C), responsable de gestionar el cobro de los pagos pendientes de los clientes. Sus tareas principales consistirán en ponerse en contacto con los clientes por teléfono, correo electrónico u otros canales de comunicación para garantizar los pagos a tiempo, centrándose en las cuentas seleccionadas en función de los informes de envejecimiento. Además, colaborará estrechamente con los contadores B2C para gestionar los pagos de los clientes, gestionar las deducciones, resolver disputas y derivar los problemas a los equipos locales de finanzas y operaciones cuando sea necesario.

Responsable de mantener registros precisos de los estados de pago de los clientes, completar conciliaciones y garantizar que todas las actividades de cobro se lleven a cabo de manera oportuna y eficiente. También desempeñará un papel importante en las iniciativas de mejora de procesos, trabajando junto con el Gerente B2C y los equipos multifuncionales para mejorar los procesos de recolección y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.

Requisitos
Formación académica: Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingenierías o afines.

Experiencia: Experiencia minina de 1 año en cargos a fines.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Dominio de aplicaciones de MS Office (nivel intermedio en Excel, Word y PowerPoint)
  • Experiencia con Oracle E-Business Suite o sistemas ERP similares: deseable
