Main Responsibilities

• Support in wedding planning and operations
• Monitoring processes before, during, and after the event
• Managing and coordinating with vendors
• Requesting and following up on quotes
• Administrative support and event information management
• Using digital tools for team organization and communication

Skills and Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced English (essential)
• Excellent personal presentation
• Availability to start as soon as possible
• Previous experience in wedding planning and operations
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in tools such as:
• Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Slack
• Aisle Planner (desirable)
