Overview
In Bogotá, Colombia, we are seeking a person for the position of Planner Director. With more than 5 years of experience in the role within advertising and marketing agencies, their mission will focus on leading teams and developing strong and effective brand strategies, covering everything from inbound marketing to audience segmentation, and guiding our clients through every stage of the customer decision journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead the extraction of insights and the development of brand, inbound marketing, shopper marketing, digital strategies, content marketing, and internal marketing strategies.
• Design and develop connection plans, customer decision journeys, and strategies based on consumer buying intentions.
• Organize and lead workshops focused on brand building, defining purposes, developing brand books, product innovation, brand personality, creativity, and annual marketing planning.
• Interpret data and lead teams to find business opportunities, making strategic decisions based on data analysis.
• Develop effective storytelling that not only inspires but also guides teams and clients toward innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs monthly to ensure compliance with the strategic objectives of both the areas in charge and the business.
• Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures, both at the local and regional levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading strategic, creative, and research teams and processes in marketing and advertising.
• Advanced skills in extracting insights, developing brand strategies, and digital marketing.
• Experience in building connection plans and customer decision journeys.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and multidisciplinary teams, making strategic decisions based on data.
• Strong storytelling skills and experience presenting ideas to clients and internal teams. Experience with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) brands, and digital and/or social media strategy.
• Advanced English level.
