Expectations & Tasks

The Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE) provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our Max Attention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance customers. As CoE Expert Consultant for Procurement Areas, you will analyze End to End Procurement Process of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You have the chance to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. Your area of responsibility will extend to some of the following tasks

• Support functional design validation workshops, identify risks and provide recommendations to optimize business processes and system automation.
• Required to support customer's implementations and best practices for the business processes, ideas for improving customer productivity, providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Conduct deep root cause analysis with technical and functional skills, provides solutions and delivers services in very complex environments for specific fields/areas.
• Support critical customer situations and drive critical issues to resolution.

Skills / Competencie

• Minimum 2 years of industry and SAP product experience in one of the key areas such as S/4HANA Source-to-Pay, SAP Ariba
• Highly desired to have end-to-end business process know-how with product knowledge in S/4HANA and Ariba
• Experienced in Business Process analysis and reengineering.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP programming
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ready to travel 30% for All Americas Region.

• English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written as we will be supporting customers in all Americas region including LATAM and North America (US & Canada
