Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) with a nearshore call center located in LATAM. While our historical focus has been in the medical industry, we currently serve clients across multiple service sectors.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in a remote or hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for someone with experience in nearshore BPO sales and a strategic mindset for expanding client portfolios. You will be responsible for identifying go-to-market strategies, generating leads, researching market trends, and fostering relationships with potential clients. Additionally, you'll support customer service needs and monitor key business development opportunities to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for nearshore BPO services
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer service initiatives
- Monitor business development opportunities and propose strategic growth plans
Qualifications:
- Strong preference for experience in nearshore business development roles
- Experience managing national accounts is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
- Outstanding communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration
- Background in customer service with a focus on relationship-building
- Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities effectivel
