Work Type: Remote (Colombia-based, open to Colombian citizens only).

Contract type: Permanent, 2-month trial period.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 17:00, CST. Colombia Holiday Calendar is usually observed.

Salary: COP 84–98 million/year (14 wages, social benefits included) + Perks Package.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Front-End Developer to build and implement user interfaces using modern web technologies. You'll contribute to creating responsive, reliable applications that provide seamless and streamlined user experiences

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

  • Develop and maintain user-facing features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Blazor.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible
  • Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Work closely with project teams to keep delivery smooth, aligned, and on time.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in front-end development.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with React, Angular, or
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • English: Intermediate (B1+), able to communicate in work-related conversations.

VALUABLE EXTRAS

  • Experience with the Microsoft tech stack, including .NET, Blazor, and MVC, is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of building mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Experience with best practice and design pattern.
