The marketing intern for Talent Acquisition will have the opportunity to support the Marketing team in creating talent attraction strategies through digital marketing campaigns, employer branding, and optimization of recruitment platforms. The intern is expected to gain experience in tools and marketing techniques applied to talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Support in creating recruitment marketing campaigns:
Collaborate in designing and executing digital campaigns to attract candidates on digital platforms.
Create visual and textual content (ads, posts, etc.) that reflect the company's culture and employee benefits, aligned with recruitment needs.
Employer branding management:
Support in creating strategies to improve the company's perception as an employer on social media and other platforms.
- Collect and analyze external perceptions of the company, such as comments on Google or reviews from current employees.
Contribute ideas for content that highlights the company culture, work environment, and professional development opportunities.
Collaboration with other internal teams:
Work closely with the HR team and recruiters to understand talent needs and develop tailored marketing strategies.
Collaborate in creating content and visual materials for campaigns.
Campaign performance analysis:
Support in measuring the results of marketing campaigns for talent acquisition.
- Prepare periodic reports to show the impact of talent marketing strategies on recruitment.
Requirements:
- University student in fields related to Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related areas.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Strong writing and visual communication skills.
- Preferred knowledge in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team.
- Analytical skills and familiarity with digital measurement tools.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of talent management platforms.
- Experience in creating social media campaigns.
- Creativity and an innovative approach to generating fresh ideas for talent attraction.
Schedule:
- Availability for 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
Growth Opportunities:
