Acerca del puesto:

Buscamos un(a) Administrador(a) de Recursos Humanos que apoye las operaciones diarias del departamento y de las ubicaciones en campo. Serás clave para garantizar el cumplimiento en documentación, beneficios y procesos internos. Si tienes ojo para el detalle, te encanta ayudar a los demás y sabes navegar con soltura herramientas digitales, queremos conocerte.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de formularios I-9 y actualizaciones documentales.
  • Apoyar procesos de onboarding y offboarding de empleados internos.
  • Gestionar solicitudes y cambios en el sistema HRIS para empleados temporales.
  • Generar reportes y coordinar facturación relacionada con beneficios.
  • Dar respuesta a consultas de salud, reportes ACA y envíos de COBRA.
  • Apoyar en la inscripción y reporte anual del plan de salud.
  • Otras tareas relacionadas al área de Recursos Humanos.

Habilidades y requisitos:

  • Discreción y manejo responsable de información confidencial.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y actitud resolutiva.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en funciones similares.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
