About the role

AspenView Technology Partners is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our brand and support revenue growth through high-quality, business-driven creative design. This role will focus on developing sales enablement materials, client-facing assets, and campaign visuals across digital and print platforms.

You'll collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into powerful visual communication that drives engagement and supports commercial outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Design and produce impactful sales enablement content — including one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and executive reports.
  • Develop and manage creative assets for owned and paid media (website, social media, and digital campaigns).
  • Lead the concepting and design of multimedia and video content that supports sales enablement and brand storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure creative output supports both strategic and commercial goals.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market research to ensure designs are innovative and competitive within the tech sector.
  • Translate business strategies into clear, visually persuasive concepts that influence decision-makers.
  • Proactively propose creative and strategic design solutions that enhance engagement and improve outcomes.
  • Uphold brand consistency across all visual touchpoints while contributing to its evolution.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably within B2B or technology environments).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools.
  • Proven expertise in creating sales or revenue-driven marketing collateral.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, storytelling, and performance-oriented design.
  • A strategic thinker who can connect design decisions to measurable business impact.
  • Results-focused, metrics-driven, and skilled at balancing creativity with practicality.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Innovative, proactive, and motivated by problem-solving through design.
