Estamos en búsqueda de una persona con
excelente actitud de servicio, presentación personal impecable y habilidades comunicativas
, para desempeñarse como
Asistente de Servicio al Cliente y Fidelización
. Su principal objetivo será garantizar la satisfacción de los usuarios, fortaleciendo la relación con los clientes y apoyando las estrategias de retención y seguimiento.

Requisitos

  • Formación académica: Bachiller, técnico o tecnólogo en áreas administrativas, comerciales o de servicio al cliente.
  • Experiencia mínima: 1 año en servicio al cliente, fidelización o Asesor comercial
  • Conocimientos o cursos en atención al usuario, manejo de quejas, fidelización o ventas serán altamente valorados.
  • Presentación personal: indispensable, orientada a la buena imagen y la atención directa al público.

Condiciones Laborales

  • Contrato a término indefinido, directamente con la empresa.
  • Salario base: $ prestaciones legales y comisión según desempeño.
  • Horario: Lunes a sábado, en jornada de oficina presencial
