As an
Oracle Procurement Analyst
, you will be the
owner of Oracle Fusion Self-Service Procurement
, ensuring data integrity, process clarity, and real adoption across the business. You won't just "maintain" the system—you'll
make it work better for people
.

What you'll do

  • Own the
    day-to-day operation of Oracle Fusion Procurement
  • Keep procurement data
    clean, accurate, and reliable
  • Review and resolve requisition and PO issues end-to-end
  • Maintain and optimize procurement catalogs
  • Build and own the
    SOP repository
    as the single source of truth
  • Create clear, practical
    SOPs and quick-reference guides
  • Lead
    monthly virtual trainings
    and
    weekly office hours
  • Act as the first line of support for procurement users
  • Identify pain points and drive
    continuous system & process improvements
  • Run Oracle reports, track KPIs, and translate data into insights
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve adoption and compliance

What you bring

  • Experience working with
    Oracle Fusion
    or similar ERP procurement modules
  • Strong understanding of requisitions, POs, suppliers, and catalogs
  • Ability to translate technical processes into
    clear user-friendly documentation
  • Comfort analyzing ERP data using
    Excel (basic to intermediate)
  • Experience facilitating trainings or user enablement sessions
  • Strong organizational skills and a continuous-improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
