Location
: Colombia | Hybrid (Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Cali and Bucaramanga)

Schedule
: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM - WEEKENDS OFF

English
: B2+ / C1. Preferably C1

Data Manager
with a passion for analytics, governance, and digital transformation. This is your chance to shape the data vision, implement predictive models, and influence
business strategies
at the highest level.

What we're looking for:

-4–5+ years of proven experience leading strategic data processes

-Advance skills in Data Governance, People Analytics, and Data Science

-Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI and Tableau

-Strong knowledge of machine learning and automation

-Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields (postgraduate preferred)

-Strategic mindset + leadership skills to inspire teams

-Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
