Propósito del Rol

Buscamos un Analista de Marketing proactivo y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo en Bogotá. Tu misión principal será potenciar el performance de todas nuestras iniciativas de marketing, desde lo digital hasta el material punto de venta, a través de la recopilación, análisis y aplicación estratégica de datos.

Responsabilidades Clave

Como Marketing Analyst, tus principales funciones serán:

  • Monitorización Integral de Performance: Realizar el seguimiento diario y profundo de las métricas clave (KPIs) de Redes Sociales (RRSS), campañas de Pauta Digital (SEM/Social Ads) y la efectividad del Material POP (Punto de Venta).
  • Investigación de Mercado: Diseñar y ejecutar estudios e investigaciones para identificar tendencias, evaluar la competencia y encontrar nuevas oportunidades de mercado para Rogans.
  • Análisis de Datos y Reportes: Elaborar informes detallados y dashboards con análisis de datos para presentar insights claros y accionables a la gerencia sobre el rendimiento de las estrategias.
  • Lanzamiento de Productos: Participar activamente en la fase de planeación y ejecución de lanzamientos de nuevos productos, asegurando una estrategia de comunicación y performance basada en datos.
  • Optimización Estratégica: Crear, proponer y medir estrategias de performance marketing enfocadas en la optimización del embudo de conversión y el retorno de la inversión (ROI).
  • Innovación con IA: Aplicar herramientas y metodologías de Inteligencia Artificial para la segmentación de audiencias, predicción de tendencias y automatización de reportes.

Requisitos Indispensables

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en roles de Analista de Marketing, Digital o Inteligencia de Negocios.
  • Título de Profesional (carrera universitaria) en Marketing, Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o afines.
  • Dominio comprobable en el Uso de Herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial aplicadas al análisis de marketing y eficiencia operativa.
  • Capacidad analítica robusta, atención al detalle y habilidad para traducir datos complejos en estrategias sencillas.
  • Conocimiento en Meta, Tik Tok y Google ads
