We're looking for a detail-oriented
Appointment Scheduler
to manage pickup and delivery appointments for trucking and logistics operations across the United States.

If you're organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating in English with U.S.-based warehouses, brokers, and carriers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with U.S. warehouses, distribution centers, and customers
  • Communicate via phone, email, and scheduling portals
  • Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and drivers to ensure on-time appointments
  • Follow up on confirmations, changes, and reschedules
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

Requirements

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in logistics, trucking, or appointment scheduling
  • English level B2 or C1
    (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with U.S. logistics operations and time zones
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional and proactive communicator capable of decision-making and problem-solving in live, high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with U.S. carriers, brokers, or 3PLs
  • Knowledge of TMS, load boards, or warehouse scheduling systems
