Job Description:
We are supporting a
confidential global software provider
in the search for a highly experienced
Senior WMS Sales Executive
to lead business development efforts across Latin America.
The ideal candidate is a proven, results-driven sales professional with deep knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), strong understanding of warehouse operations, and experience working with SMB manufacturing and distribution clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business opportunities across LATAM through partners and direct sales
• Identify and engage SAP Business One resellers and relevant ecosystem partners
• Conduct business reviews with customers and partners
• Deliver product demonstrations that clearly explain operational value and technical advantages
• Generate leads, build a pipeline, and execute sales strategies to grow the territory
• Prepare proposals, evaluate pricing, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Maintain CRM accuracy and update all sales activities
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and demos
• Work closely with internal teams to provide customer feedback and support product development
• Ensure customer satisfaction post-implementation and identify additional needs
Requirements:
•
5+ years of WMS sales experience
(Produmex, Infios, LISA WMS, or similar solutions)
• Strong understanding of barcode scanning hardware and warehouse processes
• Experience selling to SMB manufacturing and distribution companies
• Ability to interpret process maps and translate operational needs into WMS functionality
• Experience working with implementation teams and integrators
• Proven track record generating opportunities and developing new markets
• High energy, persuasive, persistent, and comfortable traveling across LATAM
•
Spanish & English required
• Stable career history (minimum 2+ years in current WMS or ERP sales role)
Nice to Have:
• SAP Business One experience
• Knowledge of automation, 3PL workflows, e-commerce fulfillment, and optimization trends
Compensation:
•
USD $50,000 base + commission
• Contractor position
Location:
• Preferably Colombia; Bolivia and Mexico also considered
• LATAM territory
