Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Finance based in Bucaramanga. The Vice President of Finance will oversee and manage the company's financial activities, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial statements, managing budgets, and implementing strategies that align with organizational goals. The role entails monitoring the company's financial health, ensuring regulatory compliance, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing executive-level recommendations for long-term financial planning and growth.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Planning and the ability to develop and execute strategic financial plans
• Experience with preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong understanding of Finance and proficiency with budgeting and forecasting
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for resolving complex financial challenges and decision-making
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop financial teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and executive management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required; an advanced degree or CPA/CFA certification is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with financial software and tools, as well as knowledge of applicable regulatory standards
