We're looking for an
HR Selection Analyst
to support our recruiting team by managing job postings, reviewing inbound applications, and ensuring candidates are properly vetted and prepared before entering our pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, has strong attention to detail, and wants to grow in talent acquisition within a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

What you'll do:

As a Selection Analyst, you'll help keep our recruiting operations running smoothly by ensuring open roles are posted correctly, applications are reviewed quickly, and only qualified candidates move forward in the process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create, update, and publish job posts across Tecla's platform and external channels (including LinkedIn)
  • Monitor inbound applications and review candidate profiles for baseline fit and quality
  • Ensure candidates are correctly entered, tagged, and organized in our systems
  • Support recruiters by flagging strong candidates and identifying gaps or missing information early
  • Coordinate with recruiting partners by sharing open roles and reviewing submitted profiles
  • Help manage partner communications, onboarding, and operational follow-ups as needed
  • Support ongoing initiatives to strengthen Tecla's talent community and pipeline
  • Prepare, manage, and send Tecla's weekly newsletter to our talent network (job updates and key announcements)
  • Respond to inbound candidate inquiries and provide guidance as needed.

What we're looking for:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent selection, or recruiting operations
  • Familiarity with an ATS or candidate tracking workflow (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of inbound applications
  • Clear written communication and professional English (advanced level)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
