Our Digital Experience Platform is seeking an OBSERVABILITY AND MONITORING SPECIALIST to join our team in Colombia. In this position, you will ensure the stability, availability, and performance of DXP applications through the implementation and operation of observability and monitoring strategies, with a special emphasis on the identification and escalation of incidents and issues to the appropriate teams.
What you'll do
- Experience in system and website monitoring.
- Knowledge of ticket management tools (ManageEngine or similar).
- Familiarity with content management systems like Umbraco, salesforce among others.
- Analytical skills for interpreting metrics and logs.
- Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
