Join our dynamic Global Procurement team and use your expertise in contract and sourcing management to ensure efficient operations across a key region. You'll be a vital contributor, supporting our business stakeholders and maximizing the impact of procurement services.

The Opportunity:

• Manage contracts and supporting documents, including handling guarantees, acceptance protocols, tender administration, and insurance documents.

• Execute sourcing activities, processing business-related requests for indirect projects within a specific region or country.

• Process purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO), ensuring they are reviewed, verified, and legally compliant.

• Support category managers and business stakeholders in smaller, ad-hoc sourcing activities, applying the correct guidelines and standards.

• Manage vendor master data processes, including creation, updates, and handling MDG-M workflows for direct goods.

• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support the Accounts Payable department with goods delivery and PO closures.

• Draft and process Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and framework orders in the purchasing system according to business needs.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align business requirements with effective sourcing strategies and daily operational support.

Who you are:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree or MBA in Operations & SCM or equivalent.

• You bring at least 2-3 years of work experience in a procurement role.

• You have additional training in purchasing and contracting management, including the PR/PO Process.

• You are fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking and writing).

• You are skilled in contract management, tender administration, and can efficiently handle guarantees and acceptance protocols.

Preferred:

• You have a strong ability to provide general and specialized procurement knowledge to internal partners, covering vendor selection, negotiation, and contract drafting.

• You are known for your strong collaboration skills and your ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (category managers, internal partners, and suppliers) effectively.
