About the Role

You'll be designing, building, and optimizing large-scale data pipelines and architectures that power analytics, real-time insights, and mission-critical applications. Depending on your level, you may also lead projects, mentor engineers, or manage a high-performing data team.

You'll work with cross-functional teams (Infra, Product, Data Science, Engineering) and follow strong DataOps practices to ensure quality, scalability, and reliability.

We're Looking For

Experience: 3–8+ years
in Data Engineering or related roles (multiple seniority levels open).

Core Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Snowflake or Greenplum
    (data warehousing, SQL, modeling).
  • Experience with
    Azure services
    such as ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Functions, etc.
  • Proficient in
    Python
    for data pipelines and automation.
  • Expertise building
    ETL/ELT pipelines
    and working with large datasets.
  • Experience with
    APIs
    , structured/unstructured data, and data quality checks.
  • Strong communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

For Senior/Lead/Manager Levels

  • Ability to architect scalable data solutions.
  • Experience mentoring engineers or leading projects.
  • For Manager roles: people leadership, team development, and project ownership.
  • Familiarity with DataOps best practices.
