Logistics Assistant (Full-time, In-office)

Position Title
: Logistics Assistant

Objective
: To assist the Operations Manager by helping to keep everything up to date, following up with emails, organizing spreadsheets, coordinating with drivers, and supporting logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
:

·      Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager.

·      Respond to logistics-related emails promptly.

·      Keep internal records and spreadsheets updated accurately.

·      Help coordinate logistics activities, including communicating with drivers and vendors.

·      Organize and maintain logistics data, ensuring smooth operations.

·      Assist in managing deliveries and shipments, ensuring all details are correct and up to date.

·      Proactively manage and update internal documentation related to logistics operations.

Working Hours
:

·      Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (in-office)

Required Skills
:

·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·      Proactive, able to anticipate needs and act accordingly.

·      Basic experience in logistics, administration, or related fields.

·      Comfortable with tools like Excel and Google Drive.

·      Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Admin Sales and Construction (Full-time, On-site)

Position Title
: Admin Sales and Construction

Objective
: To assist with administrative tasks, ensuring efficient communication, organization, and follow-up with clients. This includes managing quotes, sending emails, maintaining organized spreadsheets, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
:

·      Follow up with clients regarding project quotes and updates.

·      Send and respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner.

·      Organize and maintain spreadsheets for quotes, schedules, and project details.

·      Assist with construction project quotes and documentation.

·      Ensure clear and efficient communication with clients regarding project progress and any updates.

·      Coordinate and attend meetings related to the construction project.

·      Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the sales and construction teams.

Working Hours
:

Required Skills

Position Title
: Training & Quality Specialist

Reports To
: Operations Manager / Quality Manager

Objective
: To design, implement, and monitor training programs for staff and ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards, meeting regulatory, operational, and customer satisfaction requirements.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Diagnose training needs (technical, soft skills, onboarding) and design a training plan.
  • Prepare training content: manuals, e-learning, workshops, internal coaching.
  • Coordinate logistics for training: invitations, materials, post-training evaluations.
  • Define and manage quality KPIs: error rates, rework, returns, customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct internal audits (processes, documentation, compliance) and recommend improvements.
  • Support certifications or quality standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).
  • Collaborate with other departments (operations, sales, customer support) to ensure quality standards are integrated.
  • Generate monthly/quarterly reports on training and quality status, including improvement recommendations.
