Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Worker. The Social Worker will provide support to individuals, families, and communities by assessing needs, developing plans of action, and connecting clients to necessary resources and services. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth assessments, offering counseling, providing case management, and advocating for clients' well-being. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations are also integral parts of the role.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to conduct needs analysis, develop appropriate action plans, and deliver counseling services.
• Experience in case management, resource coordination, and community engagement.
• Knowledge of social service systems, public policies, and rights advocacy.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation.
• Ability to work remotely and use digital communication tools effectively.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensure in social work or clinical counseling (if applicable in jurisdiction).
• Experience in environmental or community-focused social work is a plus.
