You will be a scientific partner for healthcare professionals in respiratory medicine across Colombia. You will build trusted relationships, share evidence-based science, and gather clinical insights to help improve patient care. You will work closely with medical, commercial and research colleagues to inform local and regional strategies. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Establish and maintain one-to-one scientific dialogue with respiratory clinicians and specialists across Colombia.

  • Provide balanced, evidence-based medical information in response to unsolicited clinical questions.

  • Collect and share insights from clinical practice to inform medical strategy and research priorities.

  • Support scientific education through local meetings, webinars, and training for healthcare professionals and internal teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to align medical and commercial plans with patient needs.

  • Maintain current knowledge of respiratory science, guidelines, and emerging research through congresses and literature.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related life sciences field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical, clinical, or scientific role with exposure to respiratory disease.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish; ability to communicate technical information clearly.

  • Ability to travel regularly across Colombia and work independently in the field.

  • Good understanding of clinical practice, clinical evidence, and how to interpret scientific literature.

  • Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with local laws and company standards.

  • Proficiency in English for scientific reading and international collaboration.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, PhD, or specialist medical training) in a relevant field.

  • Prior Medical Science Liaison experience or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Familiarity with asthma, COPD, or other respiratory therapeutic areas.

  • Experience delivering scientific presentations or conducting educational programs.
