Front caller

Location: Bogotà, Colombia-On site

Salary: 3,500.000, plus comissions

We are a company called Auto Repair Network, we manage car accidents and make the process faster for the customers with the insurances, and as a part of the taks we do it is working with insurances companies.

Role Overview:

We are looking to have a front caller, cold calling expert, with a sales background and or facility to establis connection with customers and a potential engagement for a outbound prospect of clients that had been involved into an acciden and taking all possible information of the accident, including capting the information of the accident details and injuries.

Key Responsabilites:

• Make Outbound calls to kept details of the accident and the circumstances of it.
• Establisha rapport with the customer to perform a Sale and convincement to be retained with our company.
• Previous experience with vehicles and medical terms (optional)
• Log all calls with clear and easy reading information.
• Be able to work into a fast paced environment.

Requirements:

• C1 English required.
• Previous experience on Customer Service Representative or Sales Person.
• The candidate has to be fast paced.
• Multitasking it's key.
