Descripción del puesto: Supervisor A&B

Estamos en la búsqueda de un Supervisor A&B para nuestro hotel ubicado en Bogotá, Colombia. En esta posición, tendrás la responsabilidad de verificar que todos los servicios y productos de alimentos y bebidas se estén ejecutando conforme a los estándares establecidos en calidad y tiempo, con el objetivo de garantizar la plena satisfacción de nuestros huéspedes y clientes.

Además, tendrás a tu cargo la coordinación para planificar y ejecutar los diferentes servicios de acuerdo con las necesidades del hotel en términos de ocupación y ventas, asegurando su correcto desarrollo, así como la gestión de la asignación de turnos del personal a tu cargo, gestión de control de gastos del área, siguiendo el presupuesto asignado y procurando cumplir con las metas financieras establecidas, optimizando los recursos disponibles.

Requisitos

Tecnologo en Hoteleria y Turismo o carreras a fines.

Ingles B1

Conocimientos en estandares de servicio Marriott.

Manejo de Micros

Manejo de nomina

Conocimiento de control de costos y gastos en A&B
