Role Summary
is hiring an
elite Performance Marketing Manager
to
own, protect, and scale
paid media outcomes across
Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
.
This role exists to:
- Increase
high-quality, high-intent lead volume - Protect and scale
six–seven-figure ad spend - Audit, challenge, and control agency performance
- Act as the internal authority on paid media truth

Primary Mandate
- Own paid media
lead quality and lead volume outcomes - Ensure Google and Meta spend drives
sales-ready leads - Audit and oversee agency-managed accounts with zero tolerance for waste
- Make confident budget and performance decisions at scale
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Oversight (Google & Meta)
- Oversee and audit agency-managed Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts
- Validate:
- Campaign structure and architecture
- Keyword intent, match types, and negatives
- Audience quality, exclusions, and placements
- Geo, demographic, device, and schedule targeting
- Eliminate waste, junk traffic, and low-intent volume
- Ensure campaigns are optimized for
revenue
, not vanity metrics
Lead Quality & Revenue Impact
- Drive consistent growth in
qualified lead volume - Partner closely with sales and call center teams
- Track downstream metrics:
- Qualification rate
- Close rate
- Chargebacks / fallout
- Diagnose lead quality issues fast and force corrective action
- Balance scale vs. quality intelligently
Large-Scale Budget Ownership
- Oversee
six–seven-figure monthly ad spend - Control budget pacing and allocation across channels
- Identify saturation, diminishing returns, and inefficiencies
- Recommend reallocations with data-backed conviction
- Protect capital as if it were your own
Agency Accountability & Performance Control
- Hold agencies accountable to strict KPIs
- Audit reports vs. raw platform data
- Challenge assumptions and call out underperformance
- Enforce testing discipline and timelines
- Escalate issues early — no excuses, no fluff
Bilingual Oversight (English & Spanish)
- Audit English and Spanish campaigns for intent and accuracy
- Review Spanish keyword strategies and ad copy
- Identify CPL vs. close-rate gaps by language
- Ensure alignment with Spanish-speaking sales flows
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 5–8+ years
of senior-level paid media experience - Direct ownership or oversight of six–seven-figure ad spend
- Proven success scaling volume
without destroying lead quality - Deep analytical mindset — strong with data, not opinions
- Experience auditing or leading agency-managed accounts
- Comfortable making high-impact budget decisions
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Based in Bogotá, Colombia — in-office required
- Willing to provide
references and documented performance results
