The Sales Manager position is open for residents in Mexico City (MX), Bogota (CO), Cali (CO), Cordoba (ARG), only.
About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will find new business partners, build strong relationships, and support the work happening in your region. You will help guide the sales team, support operations, ensure quality, and contribute to the region's growth.

Our partner, Atlas Capture, works with local businesses to record point-of-view (POV) videos of real human tasks. These recordings help AI and robots learn real human movements across many industries, like food prep, car repair, manufacturing, and service work. Website:

● This position is open for residents in Mexico City (MX), Bogota (CO), Cali (CO), Cordoba (ARG), La Plata (ARG) only.
● English fluency
● 2 to 3 years in sales, partnerships, or business development
● Experience working with local businesses
● Good communication and leadership skills
● Able to use Google Workspace and simple spreadsheets
● Comfortable learning new tools and apps
● Able to work in a fast-moving environment
● Willing to travel within the region
Preferred:
● Experience in fieldwork, operations, or logistics
● Experience leading small teams
● Background in technology, data, AI, or robotics
● Experience working with many types of industries
Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales and Partnerships
● Find new businesses to work with
● Explain our work and how it helps
● Visit locations and check if they are a good fit
● Build trust with business owners and teams
● Guide partners through setup and onboarding
- Manage Your Sales Team
● Hire and train local sales staff
● Hold weekly team check-ins
● Support your team to reach goals
● Build a positive and hardworking team culture
- Support Daily Operations
● Help plan schedules and partner visits
● Make sure partners are ready on recording days
● Ensure equipment and staff are prepared
● Help fix simple issues in the field
- Watch Quality and Report Progress
● Check work quality at partner locations
● Spot problems early and help improve them
● Send daily and weekly updates to the global team
- Help Grow the Region
● Look for new areas and industries to expand
● Help open new partnerships
● Strengthen Atlas Capture's presence in the region
Expected Results:
● Hire 12 team members and record 9,600 hours.
● Reach weekly and monthly sales goals
● Build a strong network of partner businesses
● Create clear systems for reporting and communication
● Build or support a small, well-trained sales team (if needed)
