As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Jr Data Analyst to join our team and help us build and maintain efficient, secure, and user-friendly solutions to support our patients and staff.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our growing Special Operations team, supporting the development of our analytics capabilities across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple systems to support departments such as Marketing, Billing, Clinic Operations. You'll work alongside business operators and technical teams to develop automated reporting, support data investigations, and deliver insights that drive operational, clinical, and financial improvements.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data structures, business processes, and reporting needs.
- Extract and integrate data from various systems into cohesive, high-quality datasets.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Looker Studio, QuickSight, or similar BI platforms to support decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and develop visual or tabular reports to address specific business questions.
- Partner with team leads to identify trends, optimize workflows, and uncover actionable insights.
- Help define and maintain data management and governance processes.
- Communicate technical findings and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Healthcare, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in data analysis, data science, business intelligence, or related technical roles.
- Proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience building dashboards or reports using Looker Studio, Google Analytics, QuickSight, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Basic programming experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with data visualization principles and storytelling through data.
- Exposure to data modeling or ETL/ELT workflows.
- Experience in healthcare or working with clinical, operational, or financial data.
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, or compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
