As the 
Logistics Specialis
t will be responsible for provides operational support to customers, carriers, and Freight Brokers by ensuring accurate load execution, communication, and tracking. Manages documentation and TMS updates to maintain smooth, timely, and efficient logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track loads through tracking applications and confirm details by phone with drivers or dispatchers when necessary.
• Update customers via email and/or through the customer portal.
• Update the TMS and create event logs as needed (e.g., marking loads as picked up or delivered).
• Schedule appointments as required.
• Verify and follow up on any missing appointments, especially when pickup or delivery times are necessary.
• Build new loads and update the corresponding spreadsheets when needed.

Minimum requirements*

• Studies:
   High School Degree is 
  required
  . Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, or administrative related. Other studies are also considered.
• Experience:
   At least 6 months of experience as a Track and Trace Representative, Logistics Coordinator, Dispatcher or Logistics related.
• Language:
   Advanced English skills. B2 or higher is preferred.

   Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm EST ., following the American calendar.
