About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack ReactJS Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using React JS for front-end development and .Net/C# for the back-end. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, experience with cloud platforms like Azure, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS (front-end) and .Net/C# (back-end).
• Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and user-friendly UI/UX using ReactJS.

API Development & Integration

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs; handle both frontend and backend communication seamlessly.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries

Code Quality & Performance

• Ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code through best practices (such as modular development, code reuse, testing, etc.).
• Write unit tests, perform integration testing, and debug issues across the stack

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality products.
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas, solutions, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Agile Methodologies

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide feedback to improve team efficiency and workflow

Mentorship and Continuous Learning

• Mentor junior developers and guide them in technical problem-solving and skill development
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ReactJS and full-stack development.
• Support technical evaluations of other consultants when required, contributing to the assessment of skills and alignment with project needs

What You Bring

• 6-9 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development with a strong focus on ReactJS for the front-end.
• In-depth knowledge of ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive web design principles and front-end languages, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of Typescript, React Hooks, React-Sagas for state management, and SASS pre-processors for CSS.
• Experience with popular  workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Strong experience with .Net/C# and building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with front-end and back-end testing frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical challenges
