The Position

The Opportunity:

As an integrated part of the Supplier Enablement team, your main focus will be managing the integration, operations, and continuous improvement of targeted global suppliers across various e-invoicing and purchasing platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and secure the timely integration of targeted suppliers with deployment and support teams.

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for vendors regarding integration issues and manage their resolution.

  • Align and coordinate common supplier integrations across MyBuy and Nexxe (iCollab) platforms.

  • Manage daily operations and support project work, including data collection, testing, and workshops.

  • Oversee end-to-end payment management, including issue resolution, duplicate prevention, and IDOC management.

  • Proactively manage knowledge by creating and updating process documentation and delivering training.

  • Collaborate on continuous process and operations improvements for integrated global vendors (I2P and R2R).

  • Act as the regional point of contact for system changes and enhancements impacting Supplier Enablement (SE) Operations.

Who You Are:

  • University or College Degree preferred.

  • 5+ years experience

  • Invoicing/Purchasing tool experience is a must.

  • Proven Supplier enablement experience.

  • Familiarity with SAP systems.

  • Strong English written and conversational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deliverables.

  • Self-motivated, self-managed — able to work and think independently.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Experience with GEP smart and/or Ariba enablement.

  • Knowledge of EDI and cXML systems connectivity.

  • Experience with an Agile way of working.

  • Drive for continuous improvement and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

  • Ability to effectively manage change and foster open discussions.

  • Precise, focused, and service-oriented mindset.
