The Reality Check 

This role demands excellence. You'll be expected to: 

  • Work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

What You'll Own: 

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a growing sales team 
  • Design and execute lead-nurturing campaigns with systematic follow-up protocols 
  • Ensure that every lead is answered within 24 hours 
  • Establish daily, weekly, and monthly performance benchmarks and guide the team to meet them 
  • Build a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement 
  • Call Quality Control – monitor and evaluate sales calls for quality, consistency, and effectiveness 
  • Create and analyze sales reports – run reports daily, weekly, and monthly to track individual and team performance 
  • Monitor CRM systems – oversee lead flow, activity tracking, and data accuracy 
  • Track call volume and text messaging platform activity 
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve sales team performance and accountability 
  • Streamline workflows and develop strategies to improve lead conversion 
  • Coach and support team members with data-driven insights 
  • Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members as needed 

What We're Looking For 

The Non-Negotiables: 

  • 3+ years managing and developing sales teams (preferably 10+ team members) 
  • Proven track record of turning underperforming teams into top performers 
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools 
  • Experience in professional services or the legal industry preferred 
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
