We're Hiring: Bilingual Paralegal (English/Spanish)
Location: Bogotá,Medellín,Barranquilla,Bucaramanga,Armenia,Cali | Area: Family Law
Language Requirement: Advanced conversational fluency in English & Spanish (C1 level)

What You'll Do
Case Support
- Draft, review, and file legal documents (pleadings, discovery, correspondence)
- Manage case calendars and deadlines
- Assist in hearings, mediations, and trial prep
- Support attorneys with case strategy and documentation
Client Communication
- Be the go-to contact for Spanish-speaking clients
- Translate and interpret with cultural sensitivity
- Provide updates and relay legal information clearly
Administrative Duties
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Conduct client intake interviews
- Assist with billing, time entry, and case management tools (LawMatics, Dubsado, Box)
What You Bring
Fluency in English and Spanish (written & verbal)
Certificate or degree in Paralegal Studies (preferred)
2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, ideally in Family Law
Knowledge of court procedures & legal terminology
Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, legal software
Organized, empathetic, and a proactive team player
