Gallagher Select serves Small Business and Personal Lines customers with a modern, high-touch approach. We're building momentum and need a proactive campaign operator who thrives in a dynamic environment. If you like touching everything—briefs, builds, QA, analytics, and optimization—this is your lab.

How you'll make an impact

Own the campaign lifecycle end-to-end: translate strategy into clear briefs; define audiences/segments; coordinate creative; build and QA journeys/pages; launch; monitor; and optimize.Make data your compass: establish UTM & QA standards, validate tracking prior to launch, build dashboards/scorecards, and convert insights into next-step recommendations.Run experiments: design A/B tests, document learnings, scale winners, and maintain a learning library.Partner & lead through influence: work with centralized resources and external agencies; set inputs/outputs, milestones, and quality bars; keep work moving.Publish with excellence: ensure brand, accessibility, and compliance standards across email, web, social, and ads.Continuously improve: spot process gaps, anticipate risks/dependencies, and propose options to maintain velocity.Occasional: support events and branded merchandise in partnership with internal teams (as needed).About you

3+ years in integrated campaign management (email/SFMC or similar ESP, landing pages/website updates, social coordination; paid media collaboration a plus).Working knowledge of Salesforce & Marketing Cloud (or similar): list/audience building, journey activation, send health basics.Strong project management (Workfront or similar), stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously.Clear, concise writing and editing; comfort reviewing copy and creative and providing actionable feedback.Analytics fluency: define success metrics, build dashboards/scorecards, and drive decisions with data.A bias for action: you anticipate, prepare, and come with drafts, data, and a point of view.

Nice to have: agency experience; basic SEO/paid media coordination; budget tracking; insurance industry familiarity.
