En
NGDS
, estamos construyendo el futuro de la automatización inteligente a través de nuestras plataformas de digitalización de procesos operativos.

Tu misión será
diseñar, mantener y optimizar los agentes y prompts de IA
que impulsan esa automatización, transformando flujos reales de trabajo en
soluciones inteligentes, confiables y escalables.

Responsabilidades principales

Diseño y desarrollo

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y optimizar
    prompts, agentes y pipelines de IA
    para automatizar procesos en nuestras plataformas y proyectos de clientes.
  • Implementar
    integraciones con APIs, RPA, bases de datos y herramientas no-code
    (Make, N8N, etc.).
  • Estandarizar
    plantillas y componentes reutilizables
    con versionado y testing automatizado.

Calidad y despliegue

  • Testear y validar prompts/agentes en entornos controlados antes de su paso a producción.
  • Monitorear métricas de rendimiento:
    latencia, tasa de éxito, precisión y estabilidad.
  • Documentar configuraciones, dependencias y decisiones técnicas.
  • Diseñar flujos de validación,
    fallback humanos
    y monitoreo post-despliegue.

Colaboración transversal

  • Trabajar junto a los equipos de
    Producto, Operaciones y Delivery
    para traducir requerimientos funcionales en flujos accionables.
  • Participar en
    discovery técnico
    y experimentos de mejora continua.
  • Aportar criterios de
    escalabilidad, seguridad y mantenimiento
    en cada automatización.

Competencias técnicas

  • Experiencia con
    OpenAI API, LangChain
    o frameworks similares.
  • Conocimientos en
    embeddings, retrieval, RAG y evaluación de LLMs.
  • Familiaridad con
    herramientas de automatización e integración
    : Make, N8N, Zapier o APIs REST.
  • Uso de
    control de versiones, observabilidad y documentación técnica estructurada.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Computación, Ciencia de Datos o campos afines.
  • Mentalidad analítica y capacidad para experimentar con nuevas tecnologías de IA.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Curiosidad, orientación a resultados y gusto por la innovación.
