Are you passionate about Human Resources and looking to grow your career in a dynamic environment? We are searching for the best HR talent to join our team as a Bilingual HR Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and related formalities.
- Assist with policy & process training and implement evaluation activities.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee files and records.
- Manage registration of foreign employees in public agency databases (e.g., SIRE, RUTEC).
- Collaborate with the immigration team on work authorization processes.
- Support employee offboarding.
- Provide operational support in HR activities related to the Insurance vertical and other enabling teams.
- Handle HR administrative tasks including vendor management.
- Partner with HRBP aligned to the Insurance vertical.
What We Offer
- Contract: Indefinite
- Salary: $3,780,000 + annual bonus
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, hybrid model
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the BPO industry.
- English level B2 (bilingual proficiency).
- Technological degree in related areas.
