Who You Are

You're a Senior Mobile Software Developer with strong experience building mobile applications using React Native. You care deeply about user experience, performance, and accessibility, and you're comfortable owning critical user-facing flows end to end.

You enjoy collaborating closely with Product and Design, making pragmatic technical decisions, and contributing to frontend architecture while maintaining a high bar for quality and maintainability.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop user-facing mobile experiences using React Native, with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and polish.
• Own and evolve core onboarding and acquisition flows, from initial entry points through account creation and activation.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Data to translate requirements and UX designs into high-quality frontend implementations.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs, manage client-side state, and handle data fetching and error states.
• Drive cross-platform consistency across iOS and Android, and collaborate with Web teams when needed.
• Lead frontend architecture decisions, including component design, state management, navigation, and testing strategies.
• Mentor and support other engineers growing their frontend or React Native skill sets.
• Promote a written-first engineering culture through documentation, design docs, tech specs, and post-mortems.
• Continuously improve frontend quality through performance optimization, code reviews, and refactoring.
• Stay current with the React, React Native, and frontend ecosystem, bringing best practices back to the team.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on frontend or mobile UI development.
• Significant experience building production applications with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern frontend patterns.
• Solid experience with frontend architecture concerns, including state management, component systems, navigation, and data fetching.
• Deep understanding of mobile UX, accessibility, and performance considerations.
• Experience with frontend/mobile testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, or similar).
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
• Strong emphasis on writing maintainable, well-tested, and scalable frontend code.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend or mobile applications.
• A pragmatic, user-focused approach to delivering features safely and incrementally.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to translate product and design requirements into robust technical solutions.
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with native mobile development (Android or iOS).
• Experience building or contributing to design systems or shared component libraries.
• Web frontend experience using React, , or similar frameworks.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, or analytics instrumentation.
• Familiarity with monitoring and error tracking tools (e.g., Sentry, Datadog, Kibana).
• Some backend experience (e.g., Kotlin or Python) to support end-to-end collaboration.
