LatAm - Senior React Native Developer

We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior React Native Developer to join our team located in LATAM.

As a Senior Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.

• Lead the development of intuitive, secure, and high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable mobile systems using best practices.
• Integrate mobile applications with cloud-based APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Ensure mobile apps meet security, authentication, and compliance standards.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
• Oversee the publishing and maintenance of apps in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Required Qualifications

• Solid software engineering experience, including mobile app development.
• Proven experience as a tech lead or lead engineer.
• Expertise in React Native and cross-platform mobile development.
• Strong understanding of mobile app security and compliance requirements.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play.

  Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise SaaS, payroll, HR, or financial systems.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and real-time mobile features.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into mobile apps (e.g., recommendations, chatbots, predictive analytics).
• Knowledge of mobile performance monitoring tools such as Firebase, New Relic, or Datadog.
