Responsibilities

1.Define and implement the agent network development strategy to ensure nationwide coverage, profitability, and customer experience aligned with company objectives.

2. Plan, assist, follow-up, inspect and manage all BYD showroom & service-point construction projects; ensure every agent facility opens on time and to brand standard.

3.Fully master BYD agent construction standards and requirements, translate them into clear guidance for local partners and guarantee that every outlet is designed 100 % to spec.

4.Own the BYD agent construction approval workflow; secure final BYD sign-off on every new-agent project before ground is broken.

5.Track construction progress in real time, enforce strict compliance with BYD standards and approval gates, and drive schedules that guarantee on-time opening.

6.Develop and qualify local suppliers for key construction materials, achieving standardized, just-in-time supply for every agent build-out.

7.Conduct final on-site inspections when construction is complete; produce detailed punch-lists and, where necessary, modification plans to bring any gaps into compliance.

8.Collect, organize and timely upload all design documents, progress reports and system data.

9.Collaborate with Sales, After-Sales, Marketing and Finance to ensure the agent network delivers volume, service and profit targets.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.

Fluency in English and Spanish.

-5 years in the automotive industry, including at least 3 years in agent / distributor network management, channel development or equivalent leadership roles.

-Solid knowledge of architectural & graphic design; ability to read layouts, elevations and full design drawings.

-Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
