Pricing Assistant

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented
Pricing Assistant
to support our logistics pricing operations. In this role, you'll help keep our freight rates accurate and competitive across platforms like
Freightos
, maintain rate databases, and collaborate with our internal pricing/software team to ensure smooth platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

1) Freightos Management

• Update and maintain
  FCL, LCL, and Airfreight
  rates in platforms such as
  Freightos
• Verify
  truck quotes
  and ensure accurate
  API integrations
  between Forceget and Freightos
• Review Freightos performance reports and keep rates competitive on high-demand routes
• Update default cost structures in Freightos when needed

2) Rate Database Management

• Maintain a structured database of
  periodic and instant
  rates from agents and carriers
• Ensure pricing data is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to retrieve for quoting

3) Platform Coordination

• Monitor the Forceget pricing platform for inconsistencies or issues
• Coordinate with the
  pricing/software team
  to request updates and improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade
  , or related field
• 1–2 years
  of experience in a
  logistics company
  (pricing/rates experience is a plus)
• Advanced English
  (written and verbal)
• Strong
  Excel
  skills (filters, pivot tables, formulas preferred)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with rate data

Work Model

• Hybrid role
• Onsite attendance is mandatory: 3 days per week
