At TP, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and develop high-performing teams in digital advertising sales and operations. This role is responsible for driving sales strategies, optimizing campaign execution, and ensuring operational excellence aligned with client expectations and company goals.

What you'll do

  • Lead, coordinate, and develop teams using TOPS methodologies to maintain and exceed operational standards and KPIs including CSAT, ESAT, KSAT, and financial targets.
  • Oversee daily operations of the contact center and sales teams, ensuring compliance with Statement of Work (SOW) and achievement of performance metrics.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial and operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify improvement opportunities and optimize results.
  • Implement and monitor process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams and escalating issues as necessary to higher management.
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, providing financial direction to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of concerns.
  • Foster a motivated and engaged work environment through effective leadership, coaching, and team development initiatives.
  • Actively participate in the development and application of policies, procedures, and projects (PSP, LSS) to enhance operational workflows.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital ad sales, inside sales, or B2B sales
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as SEM, PPC, Display, and Native ads.
  • Has proven success leading teams in a metrics-driven sales environment, with a track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs.
  • Is proficient with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, as well as performance dashboards and sales tools.
  • Possesses excellent analytical skills to interpret financial and operational data for strategic decision-making.
  • Is skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and driving process improvements in fast-paced environments.
  • Exhibits strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage teams.
  • Has experience in budget planning and fiscal management to support operational goals.
