As a Senior QA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will develop and execute test strategies for both manual and automated testing, using Java and Selenium frameworks. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, your contributions will help deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy software applications using Java and Selenium.

Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and provide technical solutions.

Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through rigorous testing.

Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.

Analyze test results and report defects, ensuring timely resolution and verification.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-have Skills:

Manual testing experience

Automation experience with Java + Selenium

Proficiency in Java and understanding of testing frameworks

Nice-to-have Skills:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies
