Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tasks to achieve timely delivery and uphold quality standards
• Complete project deliverables to satisfy stakeholder requirements
• Manage project scope by ensuring effective traceability of requirements
• Engage stakeholders to maintain clear communication and consensus
• Negotiate terms and resolve conflicts among project participants
• Adjust project strategies in response to evolving business and project conditions
• Implement best practices of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Break down project scope into actionable tasks and milestones
• Supervise budget and cost control to optimize resource use
• Align project objectives with product management and business analysis goals
• Maintain self-discipline and motivation to meet project targets independently
• Promote partnership development to support project objectives
• Track operational, financial, and strategic factors impacting projects

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or related roles exceeding 7 years
• Leadership capabilities in managing teams and project delivery
• Demonstrated success in completing projects within set deadlines
• Knowledge of software engineering principles and practices
• Ability to adapt to change and handle uncertainty
• Strong negotiation skills for conflict resolution and compromise
• Experience in managing backlogs and business or functional requirements
• Understanding of operational, financial, and strategic organizational aspects
• Capability to coordinate effectively with technical teams
• Self-driven with high discipline for independent work
• Skills in managing stakeholder relationships
• Experience with budget and cost oversight
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2+)
