The PositionThe Opportunity:This is a Temporary, Fixed Term position through 12/31/26
As the T&E Operations Specialist reporting the T&E Team Lead, your main focus will be managing T&E systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting process improvement initiatives. You will act as a key liaison between the T&E team, various business partners, and management.
Responsibilities:
Manage ticketing systems (Concur, Service Now, and Jira) including processing, documenting, and analyzing change requests.
Perform Travel Service and Expenses configuration, changes, and enhancements within the systems.
Continuously monitor data quality and system integrations, investigating and resolving errors or interface failures promptly.
Run Ad Hoc reporting in both Concur and Citimanager.
Monitor T&E posting activity in SAP and review training documents for supported processes.
Ensure all business activities comply with T&E Policy, FGAR, ICFRR, relevant SOPs, and local guidelines.
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives and ensure best practices are shared across team members.
Serve as the T&E representative on cross-functional projects, communicating updates to the SME and Team Lead.
3+ years experience in an operational Travel & Expense (T&E) role.
3+ years experience in a customer service/shared services environment.
Experience with the SAP FI module.
University or Associate (technical) degree or equivalent work experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Portuguese a plus.
Strong ability to prioritize and organize work effectively to meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform work with limited direction and guidance.
Preferred Competencies:
Experience working with Concur is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Finance Shared Services and operational accounting processes.
Demonstrated ability to work well with others and follow through on tasks.
Focus on customer service in all communications.
