Acerca Del Rol
El Supervisor de Áreas Públicas es responsable de garantizar que todas las áreas comunes del hotel como lobby, pasillos, baños públicos, salones, ascensores, escaleras, áreas de empleados y exteriores— se mantengan limpias, ordenadas y presentables en todo momento. Esta posición supervisa al personal de limpieza asignado a estas zonas, coordina tareas diarias, verifica estándares de calidad y asegura el cumplimiento de los protocolos de higiene y seguridad establecidos por el hotel.

Lo Que Vas a Hacer

  • Mantener la limpieza y el orden en todas las áreas públicas del hotel, garantizando una excelente presentación y condiciones de higiene en todo momento.
  • Supervisar y apoyar la limpieza durante eventos especiales, asegurando que los espacios estén listos antes, durante y después de cada actividad.
  • Cumplir y hacer cumplir las normas de higiene, seguridad y prevención de riesgos laborales, incluyendo el manejo adecuado de residuos y productos químicos.
  • Atender con cortesía y eficiencia las solicitudes o quejas de los huéspedes, manteniendo siempre una actitud profesional y de servicio.
  • Elaborar reportes diarios y comunicar incidencias o instrucciones relevantes, asegurando una buena coordinación con el equipo y los turnos siguientes.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año liderando equipos en el departamento de ama de llaves
  • Técnico o tecnólogo en gestión hotelera, administración de empresas, administración hotelera.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Opera y HotSos
  • Destreza en el manejo de maquinaria de limpieza como maquina rotativa (polichadora), hidro-lavadora, maquinas profesionales Karcher.
  • Conocimiento en lavado de muebles y alfombras.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de líquidos de limpieza.
